Tiramisu aux crevettes roses à tomber par terre

 

Shrimp Tiramisu That’s Simply Irresistible


Ingredients:


400g cooked pink shrimp, peeled

250g mascarpone cheese

3 eggs

100g thick crème fraîche

1 lemon (juice and zest)

Salt and pepper

Fresh dill for garnish


Instructions:


1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.


2. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the mascarpone and crème fraîche until smooth. Add the lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper.


3. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture.


4. In serving glasses or verrines, layer shrimp followed by a layer of the mascarpone cream. Repeat the process.


5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.


6. Garnish with fresh dill and enjoy!
