Crêpes de Cyril lignac

 




Here’s the recipe for Cyril Lignac’s pancake batter:


Ingredients:


300 g of flour


3 tbsp sugar


3 eggs


2 tbsp oil


70 cl of milk


1 coffee cup of water


Optional: orange blossom water and alcohol (rum, kirsch, or armagnac)



Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar. Create a well in the center of the mixture. Add the eggs and mix them in. Then pour in the oil. Gradually add the milk while continuing to whisk the batter, and finally, add the coffee cup of water. Feel free to enhance the flavor with orange blossom water and a splash of alcohol, such as rum, kirsch, or armagnac, according to your preferences. Let the batter rest. Cook the pancake
